Implementation Specialist

We have new openings for Product Implementation Specialists. Implementation Specialists are assigned new clients and work with the lead contacts for the Adept Software product implementation.

Implementation Specialists work directly with project managers, developers, and with the government agency's implementation team. Strong computer skills are a must. Strong knowledge of the permit process is highly recommended. Adept Product training will be provided in Manhattan, New York. Adept Training will last 6-9 months before a new Implementation Specialist will receive their own clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong database skills are recommended
• Four+ years experience in software implementation
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly motivated with professional work ethic
• Willing to travel and work onsite
