The searching feature allows inspectors to view open inspections that have been automatically scheduled by assigned GIS zones and can search violation cases by status, category, type and neighborhood.

, violation notices, and hearing documentation can also be generated automatically, and all forms of correspondence can be easily customized and modified based on included Microsoft Word templates. Photographs and documentary evidence are easily attached to case histories. Officers and staff remain on top of vital tasks, receiving automatic notifications to alert them to cases that require inspections that day or tasks that require a follow up action.

Code Enforcement Offerings:
We offer Windows and Web Based Enterprise wide government software systems which code enforcement is a part of this system. This requires that your Agency has an IT Department and the capability of hosting an enterprise solution. The Agency will have the Adept SQL database and your content will be saved at your location. If you select our web-based system the web site is hosted at your location on a Microsoft Web server running IIS with ASP capability.

Project Management:
Your department must have in Microsoft Word format ALL Violation Types, Complaint Types and Subtypes. Lists of all resolutions, codes, and sections. All documents for the public and internal documents must be laid out. Reports must be listed and designed. All data items must be laid out for all your items. Sign off sheets will be provided.

Workflow:
All processes need to be laid out by complaints and violations. For example someone calls you with a complaint about garbage in the street. What type of garbage, what code and section? If its human waste your people need to get to that ASAP. If it is a chair you can correct that after the human waste is cleaned up and corrected. The Adept system will route the tasks and inspections to the correct user, group of users, and departments. So it is good to lay out the flow of tasks, who is responsible for these tasks including any court proceedings which can use the system as well.

GIS:
We link into YOUR ESRI GIS system using multiple methods, but these two methods are used the most:

1) We tie Property Address and Right of Ways to your Existing GIS Data, that MUST be Parcel Number-Based, and reside in a Relational Database as SQL Server.  

2) If you are using ARCIMS or GIS Server, we are able to pass data to your GIS system. If your GIS system isn't complete we have relationships with GIS experts that can provide GIS Services including Aerial Photography.
