After the recent outage, which RIM says was caused by a server error, some longtime BlackBerry users are writing goodbye letters on blogs, and on message boards operated and frequented by the CrackBerry collective. My Two Cents: Well, a server error is pretty much a high level joke to explain to customers why your service is down. If you are a service based corporation, and your entire service is down for over 24 hours, I would say you as a corporation should invest more money in redunant backup systems, and conduct disaster recover drills.
