My Two Cents: The ruling came in Apple’s copyright-infringement lawsuit against Psystar Corp. They make Macintosh computer clones. I disagree with the Judge, Apple wrote the code, its theirs. Just because Apple made some of the code public, does not mean they forfeit their ownership rights. Its so easy to copy then to create. But, if you purchase an Apple clone and it sucks because the code is not supported, its your own fault. I will spend the extra money making sure I have the real deal, not a fake or clone! In the long run it saves me money.
